About Us
The Hitch House was founded in 1969 in a service station on the northeast corner of our current 14-acre state of the art facility. Over the years, The Hitch House has come to be regarded as one of the premier motorized RV dealerships in Canada. We stock, sell and service major brand name motorhomes including: Monaco, Newmar, Damon, Gulf Stream, and Pleasure Way.
From the outset, it was our intention to make service and parts a prime segment of our business and, after 4 decades, our customers will tell you that it was worth the effort.
Our RV Body Shop was built to deliver to our customers a level of comfort and service that is unmatched in the industry. We now boast three 60' Body Shop bays including a 60'Cross-Draft, Climate Controlled Paint Booth complimented with one of the most advanced paint mixing rooms in Canada. With standards and technology always changing, a commitment to full service is really a work in progress. However, with a 7000 square foot ultramodern parts and accessories store, and a 15-bay, fully equipped and expertly staffed service department, we’re confident that we are well on our way.
