To All Employees,
This is a note to tell all how much we have enjoyed our 6 years and two motor homes. You never treated us like customers, more like family from Paul who knows more about motor homes than anyone else we know to Hiedi and Tom. Special thanks to Les and Lauire in Rentals and to Mike who sold our motor home in about 3 days also the sales personnel.
The sad part of selling is not seeing you all. We are going to try owning a home in Mississippi, if it does not work out we will be back to buy again - never would we buy anywhere else but The Hitch House.

I am VERY impressed!! 40 Minutes after sending you an email with my cell phone # and the problem I had, a Damon Representative called. He gave me the address of the closest repair center and we took it from there. I will be making an appointment to have the tank fixed on our way out of San Diego in Feb. as it is not urgent.
Thanks again for such speedy service. I'd recommend you and the Hitchhouse to anyone contemplating the purchase of an RV.
