Since I first walked into your showroom in July 2001, my experience at The Hitch House has been pleasant. I have bought many automobiles, numerous properties, including boats and even an airplane, but none was as smoothly and professionally accomplished as was my purchase of a 2001 Pursuit motorhome. Dave Baird was knowledgeable and helpful with our selection, the price was a good one, easily agreed upon, and the details of the transaction were capably handled by Joan Walker.

Prior to delivery we received excellent assistance from your Parts & Service department including a comprehensive checkout from Mark Boucher and some good council regarding options and add-ons which were efficiently installed. The coach was delivered on time.

After a year on the road we returned the coach for winterizing and some warranty work which has just been completed, again to our complete satisfaction, on time, and in a very expert manner. Heidi, Al, and Jacky have been friendly and very cooperative; it has been a pleasure to deal with them. In short, we are very happy customers and will recommend The Hitch House to anyone interested in quality motorhome and first class service.
