To All Employees,
This is a note to tell all how much we have enjoyed our 6 years and two motor homes. You never treated us like customers, more like family from Paul who knows more about motor homes than anyone else we know to Hiedi and Tom. Special thanks to Les and Lauire in Rentals and to Mike who sold our motor home in about 3 days also the sales personnel.
The sad part of selling is not seeing you all. We are going to try owning a home in Mississippi, if it does not work out we will be back to buy again - never would we buy anywhere else but The Hitch House.

Dear Mr. McKee, President
My wife and I recently purchased our first RV, a BTouring Cruiser from The Hitch House. We would like to express our thanks to you and your excellent staff. The professionalism and service was second to none.
Had it not been for the perseverance and responsiveness of Don Karas, the sale would not have occurred. We had a particular problem of fitting the unit to access our home which has a very short entrance. Don took the time and trouble to bring several units to our home which ultimately resulted in our purchase of the BTouring Cruiser.
On the day delivery occurred, July 5, 2006, your technician, Dave Funnell thoroughly demonstrated the features of the RV to us. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. He pointed our the numerous features of the unit and went to greate lengths to ensure we were both familiar and comfortable with the workings of it, although we feel we still have some homework to do with the various features.
The "D & D" team (Don and Dave) made our first time purchase of an RV a pleasure along with your other staff, a compliment to your organization.
We will certainly be telling our friends and family to consider The Hitch House for any of their motorhome needs.
Thanks again for making this first time experience so much easier than we had anticipated.
