To All Employees,
This is a note to tell all how much we have enjoyed our 6 years and two motor homes. You never treated us like customers, more like family from Paul who knows more about motor homes than anyone else we know to Hiedi and Tom. Special thanks to Les and Lauire in Rentals and to Mike who sold our motor home in about 3 days also the sales personnel.
The sad part of selling is not seeing you all. We are going to try owning a home in Mississippi, if it does not work out we will be back to buy again - never would we buy anywhere else but The Hitch House.

My wife and I are very impressed with the Hitch House facilities and inventory and, although we tow a fifth-wheel trailer, we will certainly be in to spend more time with you. We would like to express our special appreciation for the time and effort extended by one of your staff last evening.
We are currently working at the KOA at Parry Sound (where there is currently virtually no rv parts and service) and needed a replacement 50A-30A dog-bone. Your Parts Department confirmed that the part was in stock and, after a one-hour drive from Parry Sound, we just made your six o'clock closing. One of your (senior) female staff - her name escapes me this morning, stayed late with us to make sure that we got the correct part and that we were completely satisfied. We really appreciate this level of commitment and service and we will provide the Hitch House with a solid recommendation.
Looking forward to visiting the Hitch House in the near future.
