To All Employees,
This is a note to tell all how much we have enjoyed our 6 years and two motor homes. You never treated us like customers, more like family from Paul who knows more about motor homes than anyone else we know to Hiedi and Tom. Special thanks to Les and Lauire in Rentals and to Mike who sold our motor home in about 3 days also the sales personnel.
The sad part of selling is not seeing you all. We are going to try owning a home in Mississippi, if it does not work out we will be back to buy again - never would we buy anywhere else but The Hitch House.

We just wanted to let you know how pleased we have been with your company. We bought our motorhome last summer and our sales persons was Darrell Karas. He has been of excellent assistance to us through the whole process and greets us like family when we show up at your place.
Also Bruce Baier of your parts department, don't know what I would have done without all his help. He is very knowledgeable and has gone out of his way with all my requests to have things done, and/or purchased. He ensured that everything was installed as to my requests so that when we came up to pick up our vehicle, we could just get in and drive it home. And also your service department has been top notch. All requests there to have things repaired and looked at have been take care of in a timely and courteous manner.
We are considering upgrading to a Class A in the near future and we will certainly be contacting Darrell to see what he can do for us at that time.
