Congratulations to the owner and staff of The Hitch House.

We recently purchased a 20 yr. old Centurian motorhome from you. You listened to our concerns. You looked for our price range, and I may add came in $3000 less. You certified it and delivered it on time and we drove away happy.

We had a small problem in route to Niagra Falls, you made arrangements to get us home (which we didn't need). We have had our motorhome into the shop six times and you have repaired it six times at no charge.

Your staff have always been polite and understanding.

As you can imagine, I was very nervous paying out nearly 17 thousand dollars without any warranty, but a salesman's word that his boss would look after us and I thank God believed him.

If a written guarantee or warranty was honored one half as much as your salesman's word, that you would look after us, I personally prefer your way. What happened to the good old fashion handshake? Nothing. If you are dealing with The Hitch House!
