To All Employees,
This is a note to tell all how much we have enjoyed our 6 years and two motor homes. You never treated us like customers, more like family from Paul who knows more about motor homes than anyone else we know to Hiedi and Tom. Special thanks to Les and Lauire in Rentals and to Mike who sold our motor home in about 3 days also the sales personnel.
The sad part of selling is not seeing you all. We are going to try owning a home in Mississippi, if it does not work out we will be back to buy again - never would we buy anywhere else but The Hitch House.

Dear Mr. McKee,
My husband Robert (Bob) and I recently purchased a 2009 Damon Daybreak at the recent RV show held in Toronto in October.
It was quite an experience for us as this is our first RV. This experience was made pleasant with the help of all your staff.
Bob Martin, our salesman, was truly professional and patient in answering the many questions we presented to him and we thank him for his help in guiding us through the purchase of the RV. Beth Lewis did a tremendous job in filling in all the paperwork and explaining all the necessary documents in great detail. Paul Lewis spent several hours with us going over the RV outlining all the necessary things we will need to know.
Since picking up our RV, we have visited the centre and have always been pleasantly greeted by Ashley on your front desk and have had good discussions with Bruce as to what we will need in the future to keep our RV in good condition.
Every time we leave your centre, we both comment on how pleasant, how professional and how friendly all your staff are.
