To All Employees,

This is a note to tell all how much we have enjoyed our 6 years and two motor homes. You never treated us like customers, more like family from Paul who knows more about motor homes than anyone else we know to Hiedi and Tom. Special thanks to Les and Lauire in Rentals and to Mike who sold our motor home in about 3 days also the sales personnel.

The sad part of selling is not seeing you all. We are going to try owning a home in Mississippi, if it does not work out we will be back to buy again - never would we buy anywhere else but The Hitch House.

I purchased a Damon Astoria last year and I need to inform you what a positive experience it has been for both my family and I. Special thanks goes to Paul Lewis and the service staff including Heidi. I've had some real frustrating problems with some warrantee items, especially the front privacy blinds, and finally we all decided to put in an electric blind system, that seems to be working quite well. Paul has been a patient person and has been tenacious in dealing with Damon and the manufacturers to get this rectified and has been a front line support person that has my highest regards.

Lastly, your son Chris has been nothihng but supportive. My wife and I were interested in a Newmar unit to move up to and Chris was the most cordial and supportive person and a pleasure to deal with. We did not go ahead with it, however, will be looking at a Mountain Aire in the future. We decided to wait and upgrade to it in a couple of years. Once again, my hats off to your service and sales personnel and especially Paul.
