To All Employees,
This is a note to tell all how much we have enjoyed our 6 years and two motor homes. You never treated us like customers, more like family from Paul who knows more about motor homes than anyone else we know to Hiedi and Tom. Special thanks to Les and Lauire in Rentals and to Mike who sold our motor home in about 3 days also the sales personnel.
The sad part of selling is not seeing you all. We are going to try owning a home in Mississippi, if it does not work out we will be back to buy again - never would we buy anywhere else but The Hitch House.

Good day Gentlemen
I thought I would send an e-mail regarding your lift (Hydralift) and in particular the service I received after I bought it.
I bought my lift through The Hitch House in Ontario. Along with the lift I purchased the "garage" emclosure.
I have to say that the unit is very well made and engineered.It seems that everything had been well thought out. Even the channels for the wiring harness were taken into account.
I had a problem with the wiring harness. There are two grounds that go into one pin at the plug and apparently one did not make it.
This is where I am particularly impressed. I contacted Bruce at the Hitch House and explained what had happened. I have to say that I have never received such instant response as I did from Bruce. He contacted the right people, got the answers I needed and the parts showed up shortly afterwards.
I am pleased to say the all my lights now work and I owe a lot to Bruce for his dedication and follow up to help me get my unit ready for the road. I have to say that I have never received such great and instant response to a problem as I did with Bruce.
