Dear Sir: During the past summer I have taken my Rexhall Vision to your dealership three or four times for warranty work. On each occasion the work was either done to our satisfaction or we were advised of the need to return for later servicing (e.g. authorization from Rexhall). When the work was done, it was well done! And when we looked through your store, it was well stocked with an interesting variety of goods. The personnel in your service department were excellent. They knew their work, and they were very courteous and showed us the utmost consideration. They were also quite helpful in explaining the functions and limitations of some of the electrical system. I must also point out that we appreciated the courtesy shown by everyone else in your establishment, including the people in sales and in the parts department.
