Bruce Baier - IT Manager - The Hitch House
Bruce has been involved in the parts and service industry for more than four decades. Born in Lindsay Ontario, Bruce grew up in a family owned business that included a gas station, general store and post office located in Bolsover (just across Lake Simcoe) where taking care of customers, neighbours and friends was the family way of life - just like the hitch house.
First involved in the automotive after-market service industry, Bruce owned and operated multiple auto repair locations in Milton, Oakville, Brampton and Mississauga. Subsequently moving to the O.E. automobile business, Bruce is a trained and certified Ford Service Manager with a strong background in inventory control software, computer hardware and IT systems added to years of personal trailer towing experience. In addition to managing all computers, information servers and related systems as I.T. manager for the past nine years, Bruce was with the Hitch House in the parts department for over twelve years.
Married for 49 years (50 in 2021) with four children and five grand-children, Bruce is a devoted family man spending all available spare time with his wife and family members.
For those that have questions in various areas of R.V. lifestyle, you will find Bruce is an authority in many areas including dinghy towing, satellite television, mobile internet and trailer towing to name a few.
