Bob Martin - Service & Body Shop Coordinator - The Hitch House

Bob is in his 17th year here at The Hitch House. He came to us with over a decade of experience in the Kitchen & Bath Industry where he excelled in various areas of the business such as a wholesale salesperson to a retail store manager.

He started in our Sales Department where he learned about motorhomes and how to feature/benefit them to potential clients. After 40 months he was looking to do more with the company, so he moved over to the Service Department and took a Service Advisor position. He helped transform and streamline the department making it work better for our customers. Within a year, an opening became available in our Body Shop, so they handed him the reins where he organized and streamlined it to benefit both the employees and most importantly the customers. He learned how to work with insurance companies and appraisers, which has all aided in the growth of the department.

As the company has grown larger, yet again he was offered a secondary position of Service Coordinator where he is now also responsible for overseeing the Service Advisors to provide exceptional customer service yet again to our ever-growing customer base. Making his company title officially as, Service & Body Shop Coordinator.
