Derek Massing - Sales Representative - Thor Motor Coach

Derek Massing was born and raised in Elkhart, IN, the heart of RV manufacturing. After finishing his economics degree from Purdue University in 2014, he returned home and immediately started in the RV industry working in purchasing for a component supplier. After just 18 months in purchasing, the opportunity to join the sales team at Thor Motor Coach presented itself and gave Derek the opportunity to share his real passion. “My goal has always been to help people through sales by providing excellent and personalized service, leaving every customer with a memorable experience”. Derek has spent time in the motorized and towable segments of the industry and is currently the sales representative for six Thor Motor Coach Brands across the Northeast United States as well as Ontario and east in Canada. Derek and his wife Francesca welcomed their daughter Charlie in 2022 who has already been on a few RV trips of her own!
