We have to thank all of you for your kind emails, texts and phone calls that continue to come in. Your support is greatly appreciated. We are committed to this business and our resolve has never been stronger. We are putting all the pieces in place to rebuild our facility. The support we have received continues to lift our spirits and strengthen our motivation. To all of you who have reached out to us over the last few days we are extremely grateful.
Over the last few days we have made great strides. Hydro was re-established to our Service Centre and a new phone system was installed and is functioning. In addition, we were able to access our communications and server room and discovered that one of our servers appears to have survived the fire. As I write this JKB Networks is cleaning the hard drives and they are optomistic that the hard drives are functional. I have to thank our staff who have been absolutely incredible during this entire situation. They have rallied together and have worked hard to help us with the clean up and re-establish our operations.
The Fire Marshall has completed his investigation on Wednesday afternoon and is satisfied with his findings. He complimented our staff and our Emergency Response Procedure. The items that were recovered from the fire are currently being cleaned and evaluated by restoration specialists. The main building that was consumed by the fire has been fenced off. WE ARE NOW OPEN FOR BUSINESS. As of Monday our Service Bays will be in operation.
Over the weekend our Sales Team will be at our facility to meet anyone who would like to view our inventory. It will be a little while before that can be done inside a climate controlled showroom but please consider all of our 14 acres to be a showroom. Should you drop by please go to Service Reception where our Receptionist will be happy to assist you.
